Main Responsibilities

  • Pre/post-sales customer service via telephone, email and company website live chat with a professional manner.
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Assist customers on their online shopping journey
  • Be an advocate in online for introducing our campaign or new products to customers


  • 2-3 year experience in call center (experienced in E-commerce is preferable)
  • Understanding of CRM applications
  • Strong writing skill
  • Business level of English is ideal (in reading, writing and speaking)
  • MS office skills
  • Good communication skills, customer service and focus on teamwork
  • Proactive, responsible, willing to learn and enthusiastic about our product and service
  • Self-starter
  • Shift duty is required in the future
  • Administrative work experience is a plus
