Shipping policy

We deliver to West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Unless stated in product)
All orders are processed for delivery within 7 working days, and an additional 3 to 10 working days to reach you via our shipping partners depending on your location. 

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is out for delivery.

Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. 

East Malaysia orders may take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are early access to our products before they are launched. Once your orders are placed, please allow 3 weeks for orders to reach you.
